Fit360 classes are for any level of fitness. Modifications are offered and you are encouraged to work within your fitness levels, I am going to push you beyond your comfort zone but that is where the fun begins

Here are some tips on how to maximise your workout when at a Fit360 class.

​

Firstly. Remember, we've all had to start somewhere. We've all had to walk in that front door, and some of us have been nervous and anxious, but this flies out the window when you see how friendly we all are.


Arrive 10mins early, and come and introduce yourself. I will give you an intro on how to put on your boxing gloves and the basic boxing technique so you know how to start like a champ!

 

Once you have done this, get your kit on, grab your gloves & pads and find a partner unless you want me to find one for you. I am more than happy to do so, as I can partner you with someone to suit and at your fitness level. 

​

If there is extra time, take a look at the folder to see what the program is for the class. The program will tell you what our warm up is, boxing tracks and exercises we are doing in the circuit. Next to the circuit exercises I have put the major muscle groups that you are working when doing the exercise, where you should be feeling "the Burn". This is also an opportunity to ask any questions about the exercises or boxing combos.

 

Last of all, HAVE FUN!

 

Don't take yourself too seriously, and always start with the hardest options!

As a PT my job is to get to know you as a person and what goals you are, whether it be fat loss or training to become a firefighter.

 

Each session is specific to your goals.

FIT 360 ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS

Here are some tips to maximise your online training sessions.

​

We would recommend joining the online session from a laptop or iPad as the screens are larger than your phone. However, many of our attendees also enjoy using their phone device as it is portable.

​

Firstly, download the zoom app onto your device. (pc laptops will not need to do this)

​

Secondly, register for the online training session by following the link to the class. (available on facebook)  

You will be emailed a link acknowledging you have registered for the session. Simply join the session by clicking on the link at the time of the class starting.

​

Unless otherwise stated, by default Fit360 online sessions are set up so that you will be able to see and hear your trainer Tammie on the screen, however no one will be able to see you. Think of it as a webinar training session. 

​

Most of our online sessions do not require anything other than your exercise mat, bottle of water and perhaps a towel, however sometimes we introduce dumbbells or resistance bands if you have them available. We will let you know in advance of these requirements, but will also provide modifications if you do not have these available.

Our Online (One on one) personal training sessions:

​

Our one  on one personal training sessions will require us to see you, so we can offer our motivation as well as instructing you on best form. We suggest placing your device so the camera captures your work out area with your exercise mat.

We will be able to fine tune this in our first session to get this right for you.
