I’m all about real people getting real results.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Certified Boxing Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Accredited Nutritional Therapist — but my most important role is being a mum to two kids. I understand the juggle, the time pressure, and how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others prioritise their health in a way that actually fits their life.
My training style is built around strength training, boxing, and no-nonsense nutrition coaching. I love helping people feel strong, confident, and capable — not just in the gym, but in everyday life.
You can expect to be pushed (in the best way). I’ll challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, work hard, and back yourself — but we’ll do it together, with plenty of energy, support, and a few laughs along the way.
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2016, and my own journey started well before that. I know what it’s like to start from scratch, to feel unsure, and to want more for yourself — and that’s what drives the way I coach today.

Alongside training, Fit360 nutrition coaching provides simple, realistic strategies that help you fuel your body properly without restriction or overwhelm. It’s about creating habits that last — not quick fixes.
To support your progress, we offer the option of Tanita Segmental Body Composition scans, which we highly recommend. These scans give a much deeper insight into your body, including muscle mass, body fat, and overall composition — allowing us to track real progress beyond the scales and tailor your plan with precision.
Fit360 also offer swimming lessons designed to build confidence, improve technique, and enhance water safety in a supportive environment. Swimming lessons & Mini Squads are at Mangatangi School Community Pool (4yrs - adult) & Lessons only at Waerenga School Pool (enrolled students only) November - March.
